On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7, 1954), comrade Pham Van Nam - member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of Phan Thiet City Party Committee, as head of the provincial delegation, visited Dien Bien soldiers, youth volunteers, and families of frontline laborers in Phan Thiet City.
The Secretary of the Phan Thiet City Party Committee visited Youth Volunteer Soldier Nguyen Ngoc Nhu in Quarter 6, Duc Long Ward, Tran Van Ut in Duc Nghia Ward; Dien Bien Soldier Pham Xuan Mai, Phan Trong Ha in Phu Trinh Ward; Visited the family of fire-propelled laborer Nguyen Thi Dan in Phu Hai Ward, and Cao Xuan Thuan (deceased) in Lac Dao Ward.
On behalf of the provincial delegation, the Secretary of the Phan Thiet City Party Committee respectfully presented gifts of gratitude, kindly asked about the lives and wished good health to Dien Bien soldiers, Youth Volunteers, and families of frontline laborers who directly participated in the Dien Bien Phu campaign.
