Mr. Phan Thanh Phai said that the images people see on social media of rotten chicken feet, chicken thighs, sliced ​​sausages, etc. stored in the freezer were filmed by parents in the kitchen of the company that provides meals for the school. The school does not have a kitchen on campus. The parents were part of the school's inspection team and the parent-teacher association that inspected the above meal company on October 25, 2023.

The principal of Phu Huu Primary School said that the company providing meals for boarding students had signed a contract with the school for many years. The company not only provided meals for this school, but also provided meals for many other schools.
