Arrest of suspect who caused the shooting in front of Vinh Niem bus station gate, Hai Phong

On the evening of October 20, the leader of the Criminal Police Department, Hai Phong City Police informed the press that the unit coordinated with the Investigation Police Agency of Le Chan District Police to arrest Bui Duc Binh (commonly known as Binh "black"), to investigate the suspected act of causing the shooting in front of Vinh Niem Bus Station on the evening of October 17.

A representative of Vinh Niem Bus Station Management Board said the shooting occurred at around 9:35 p.m. on October 17 in the area bordering the bus station gate and Bui Vien Street.

Currently, the Investigation Police Agency of Le Chan District Police is handling and investigating the case according to regulations.

Previously, Bien Hoa City Police ( Dong Nai Province) also investigated a street brawl with many explosions like gunshots and bullet casings at the scene.

Accordingly, at around 3:40 a.m. on October 17, on Dong Khoi Street (in Ward 9, Tan Phong Ward, Bien Hoa City), a group of young men carrying machetes walked on the street shouting and cursing. A moment later, people living near this area heard many explosions like gunshots.
