Specifically, recently in the evening, a group of teenagers gathered to drive motorbikes with license plates removed, without helmets, driving at high speed, and doing wheelies on inner-city roads in Duc Tho Town (Duc Tho District).
Faced with that situation, Duc Tho District Police sent undercover forces to monitor the situation to promptly detect and prevent.
Accordingly, on the evening of June 4, a patrol team of Duc Tho District Police discovered a group of "speed demons" driving motorbikes without helmets, carrying more people than allowed, and driving at high speed on the road.
When they discovered the patrol team, the group of "speed demons" sped away. However, the police were able to arrest 9 people (aged 14-19) and temporarily impound 4 motorbikes.
Duc Tho District Police have drawn up a record of administrative violations against the group of "speed demons".
Through the investigation, the group of young men confessed that over the past few consecutive days they had gathered together to use motorbikes with removed license plates, without helmets, driving at high speeds, riding on one wheel (wheelies)... to show off their "talent".
