Bao Yen Rosie returns after 4 years of ups and downs from The Voice Vietnam

After a period of incubation, Bao Yen Rosie returned with the MV "Inviting sadness to play" . This is a composition by musician Chau Dang Khoa "tailored" for her close sister. Returning to her forte, the female singer promoted her strengths with a powerful, deep voice.

Becoming famous from The Voice 2019 , the female singer was criticized by the audience for refusing to go on stage when the MC did not read her stage name in the competition. At that time, many people criticized her for being arrogant because the young singer was not yet famous. She was also not chosen by coach Thanh Ha to continue in the competition afterwards.

After the scandal, the singer suffered from depression and insomnia for months and considered ending her career. However, with the encouragement of those around her, she overcame it and returned to music with strength.

Bao Yen said she wanted to give up everything and stop her artistic career. After a while, thanks to the encouragement of her friends and relatives, she gradually recovered and returned to singing. To most clearly depict the injustice and humiliation of women at that time, Rosie cleverly interwoven two literary characters: Thi (The Beggar's Wife) and Vu Nuong (The Tale of Nam Xuong).

By exploiting different images of women through literary works, she and her team want to emphasize self-love as a way to remind women that in order to take good care of those around them, they must understand and love themselves.

In addition to honing her singing skills, Rosie revealed that she will constantly change and upgrade the quality of her artistic projects in all aspects. Not simply performing songs, she also wants to convey meaningful and humane messages through each new project.

Bao Yen Rosie's real name is Nguyen Phuong Chi, born in 1995. She appeared in The Voice 2019 and joined the team of famous singer Thanh Ha. After the competition, Bao Yen Rosie pursued a professional singing career and released a number of music products.
