At the launching ceremony, Deputy Editor-in-Chief, Chairman of the Hanoi Moi Newspaper Trade Union Lai Ba Ha said that with the spirit of "Hanoi for the whole country, with the whole country", the Charitable Heart Fund - Hanoi Moi Newspaper calls on cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers, armed forces, people of all walks of life, agencies, units, organizations, enterprises nationwide, philanthropists, overseas Vietnamese to promote the tradition of "mutual love and support", "the healthy leaves cover the torn leaves", with the spirit of "sharing rice, sharing clothes" to join hands to share and support people in areas affected by storms and floods.
