Thua Thien - Hue Provincial Police issued a ban on leaving the place of residence for the two suspects Nguyen Ngoc Hiep and Vu Thi Nguyet.

According to the case file, previously Takson Hue Company Limited opened a customs declaration to import raw fabric materials and accessories with code E21 (type of raw materials and supplies for foreign processing) for processing and production to export finished products back to foreign countries.

However, after importing these foreign materials and manufacturing finished products, as director, Kang Myung Gyu discussed with Nguyet and Hiep to sell nearly 18,000 clothing products to the domestic market in Vietnam without declaring them to customs authorities.
