On the afternoon of March 6, in Hanoi, the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment held a handover ceremony of the Inspectorate after merging from the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.
Attending the ceremony were Mr. Le Vu Tuan Anh, Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, Mr. Nguyen Truong Son, former Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Deputy Chief Inspectors of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, leaders of the Departments of the Ministry Inspectorate and related officials.
The handover of work took place in the context of implementing the policy of rearranging and perfecting the organizational apparatus, ensuring streamlining, effectiveness and efficiency in the spirit of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW of the Central Committee. This is an important step to unify the inspection mechanism, resolve complaints and denunciations and strengthen the effectiveness of state management in the fields of agriculture, natural resources and environment.
At the ceremony, the handover contents include: Inspection work, handling complaints and denunciations: Identifying completed cases and cases in progress, ensuring no interruption when transferring responsibilities; anti-corruption and anti-negativity work from the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment according to regulations.
Handover of assets and finances: Review, compile statistics, and hand over all records, facilities, and finances from the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment according to regulations.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Le Vu Tuan Anh, Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, affirmed that the merger not only helps to streamline the apparatus but also improves the efficiency of inspection and examination work, creating synchronization in law enforcement. At the same time, Mr. Le Vu Tuan Anh also requested the officials to continue to promote a sense of responsibility and coordinate closely to ensure that the inspection work goes smoothly, meeting the requirements of state management in the new period.
In particular, the handover ceremony marks an important milestone in the process of completing the organizational structure after the merger, creating a premise for the sustainable development of the inspection work of the Agriculture and Environment sector in the coming time.
