Auction of surplus land during field improvement

The Provincial People's Committee agreed in principle to let the People's Committee of Dien Ban town decide to publicly auction the excess land volume in the process of renovating and embellishing Tra Co fields with a volume of about ^30,152.5m3 , currently stored at the Trang Nhat Industrial Cluster staging area.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Dien Ban Town People's Committee to determine the quality, type of minerals and volume of materials at the staging area; calculate and fully determine mineral resource tax, mineral exploitation right fee, environmental protection fee according to regulations to structure into the starting price of the asset auction.

At the same time, develop, appraise and approve starting prices to organize auctions, pay auction winnings to the state budget and pay expenses related to the sale of state assets in accordance with regulations.

Previously, on June 17, 2024, Dien Ban Town People's Committee submitted Document No. 203 requesting the Provincial People's Committee to agree on the policy of auctioning excess minerals in the process of renovating and embellishing Tra Co fields.
