Provincial Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption and Negativity Deploys Tasks for 2025

At the meeting, the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee reported on the situation and results of the Provincial Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption and Anti-Corruption in 2024; directions, tasks, and some key work contents in 2025. Steering Committee members discussed, gave comments, and clarified further problems and arising issues.

According to the assessment, in 2024, the Provincial Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption and Anti-Waste has promptly led and directed Party committees at all levels, sectors and localities to synchronously implement tasks and solutions to prevent and combat corruption and negativity in all fields under the guidance of the Central Internal Affairs Committee. The Steering Committee members have deployed and completed 20/20 assigned tasks. Focusing on inspecting and examining sensitive areas, areas prone to corruption and negativity, and areas of public concern such as health, education, bidding and auction. Advising the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to effectively implement the conclusions of meetings and meetings of the Steering Committee and the Standing Committee of the Central Steering Committee on preventing and combating corruption, waste and negativity; promoting the investigation, prosecution and trial of corruption and negativity cases. Coordination among the prosecution agencies has become increasingly smooth, effective and strict, ensuring compliance with legal regulations. Organize timely implementation of the Politburo's regulations on controlling the power of anti-corruption and anti-corruption in various fields. As a result, during the year, the Provincial Steering Committee for Anti-corruption and Anti-corruption has monitored, directed, and focused on accelerating the progress of handling all 4 cases and 2 cases under monitoring and direction. In addition, the whole province has widely organized political activities and studies on the work "Resolutely and persistently fighting against anti-corruption and anti-corruption, contributing to building our Party and State increasingly clean and strong" by the late General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong; successfully organized the contest "Learning about the Party's regulations and the State's laws on anti-corruption and anti-corruption" in 2024...

Speaking at the key tasks in 2025, the Provincial Party Secretary requested the Provincial Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption and Waste to continue to strengthen the monitoring, urging, and guiding of information, propaganda, and legal education work, the Party's policies, and the State's laws on anti-corruption, waste, and waste; review, implement, and complete the goals and requirements of the leadership and direction documents of the Central Government and the province. Seriously and effectively implement the 2025 anti-corruption, waste, and waste program of the Provincial Party Standing Committee.

Directing the strengthening of inspection, supervision and examination of fields, areas and activities that lead to the emergence of corruption, waste and negativity, prominent issues that cause public and local outrage; focusing on leadership, direction and implementation of investment in basic construction, state budget management, procurement, management and use of public assets, mineral resources, and power control; improving the quality and organization of the review of socio-economic inspections and examinations. Strengthening specialized inspections, public service inspections, inspection of law compliance and handling of administrative violations by organizations and individuals in specialized fields. Focus on directing the practice of thrift and combating waste. Strengthen the supervision, urging and handling of the implementation of inspection conclusions, decisions on handling complaints and conclusions on denunciations according to regulations. Strengthen the direction of strictly implementing Directive No. 20/CT-TTg dated May 17, 2017 of the Prime Minister on rectifying inspection and examination activities for enterprises. Proactively monitor and review complicated and prolonged cases and incidents of public concern related to cadres, civil servants and party members according to regulations for timely and effective direction. Continue to promote and improve the effectiveness of propaganda and education on the culture of integrity, no corruption, waste and negativity, creating a strong spread in society. The media and newspapers actively and widely disseminated the work of anti-corruption, waste prevention and control and the thoughts and viewpoints of the late General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong on anti-corruption, waste prevention and control, and affirmed the determination, continuous, unceasing, resolute, and persistent fight against anti-corruption, waste prevention and control of General Secretary To Lam, creating a widespread spread in society, continuing to strengthen the trust and consensus of cadres, party members and people in the determination to fight corruption, waste and negativity of the Party and State.
