On the afternoon of September 19, the Provincial Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption and Negativity held a conference to deploy plans and decisions on supervising inspections, implementing conclusions of the Government Inspectorate, inspections of ministries and branches, conclusions and recommendations of the State Audit in Thai Binh province in 2022.

The purpose of supervision is to review and evaluate the situation and results in leadership, direction and organization of inspection work; the detection and handling of violations discovered through inspection, especially violations with signs of corruption and negativity; at the same time, evaluate the leadership and direction of Party committees and authorities in overcoming violations, limitations, recommendations and decisions on handling after inspection; review the leadership, direction and results of implementation of inspection conclusions and recommendations of the State Audit of agencies and localities in the province. Thereby, pointing out the shortcomings, limitations, causes and solutions to lead, direct and organize the serious and timely implementation of recommendations and conclusions of inspection and State Audit. The subjects of supervision include: Provincial People's Committee, Provincial Inspectorate, Department of Finance and Inspectorate of Department of Finance, Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Inspectorate of Department of Natural Resources and Environment; Tien Hai District People's Committee and Tien Hai District Inspectorate, Quynh Phu District People's Committee and Quynh Phu District Inspectorate. The supervision contents include: the implementation of inspections conducted by inspection agencies in the province in 2022; the implementation of conclusions of the Government Inspectorate, inspection of ministries and branches, and recommendations of the State Audit to the Provincial People's Committee in 2022. The supervision period is from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022. The supervision period is from September 15, 2023 to October 30, 2023. The Provincial Steering Committee established 2 supervision teams to perform the task.

After the delegates discussed, contributed opinions and made concluding remarks, Comrade Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Deputy Head of the Provincial Steering Committee emphasized: The supervision aims to promptly implement the direction of the Central Steering Committee on anti-corruption and negativity and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, this is also a key political task and requirement of the Provincial Steering Committee in 2023. Therefore, the supervision must be conducted seriously, in accordance with Regulation No. 01-QD/BCĐ, dated July 28, 2023 of the Provincial Steering Committee to ensure quality and efficiency. In particular, focusing on supervising inspections in sensitive areas, prone to corruption and negativity and the implementation of inspection conclusions and recommendations of the State Audit in the process of implementation. Supervision must ensure accuracy, objectivity, impartiality, and not affect the implementation of political tasks of agencies, units, and localities.
He requested that the agencies, units and localities under supervision must strictly comply with the issued supervision plan, proactively prepare reports according to the outline, review the contents that have been pointed out by the inspection and State Audit agencies, how they have been implemented and overcome, and must have a full report before the supervision team. The supervision team assigns specific tasks to members to ensure each area of expertise, avoids overlap, and contributes to improving the quality of the supervision. The supervision process combines document research and field visits, considers each specific issue, carefully evaluates any difficulties or problems in the inspection conclusions, and synthesizes reports to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Provincial Steering Committee.
