150 boxes of packaged fresh instant porridge, equivalent to 1.2 tons of goods, were sent by the Association for Anti-Counterfeiting and Protection of Intellectual Property Rights of Foreign-Invested Enterprises in Vietnam (VACIP) (sent from Ho Chi Minh City) to help flood victims in the northern region on the evening of September 11.

This is the first activity in the campaign Wings of Love. Bamboo Airways will transport free of charge cargo shipments of units, organizations and individuals providing relief to flood victims on its flights from September 11 to September 26.
VACIP was the first unit to send an urgent dispatch to Bamboo Airways and was quickly received by the airline's team, supporting the completion of the necessary procedures to load the goods onto the plane. Flights QH278 (departing at 20:35) and QH286 (departing at 22:20) in Ho Chi Minh City, after landing at Noi Bai airport, were received by Bamboo Airways representatives and handed over to VACIP representatives in Hanoi.

It is expected that today, September 12, Bamboo Airways will continue to coordinate with "benefactors" to transport about 1 ton of relief goods, including food, flashlights, medicine and other essential items to Hanoi, promptly delivering them to the people suffering from historic floods.
Bamboo Airways General Director Luong Hoai Nam expressed his gratitude to the organizations and agencies that have trusted and contacted to transport relief goods on the airline's flights; thereby creating conditions for Bamboo Airways to contribute to relief efforts for people who are suffering from natural disasters every day and every hour. "We look forward to joining hands and contributing to support the people in the flood areas as quickly and promptly as possible to help them overcome this difficult time," said Mr. Luong Hoai Nam.

Bamboo accepts to transport free of charge essential goods (including necessities and essential items) to support people in flood-affected areas. They will be booked and given priority for free transportation on Bamboo Airways flights from Ho Chi Minh City/Da Nang/Nha Trang/Quy Nhon/Da Lat to Hanoi.
Agencies, social organizations, businesses, and collectives that need to transport relief goods for free to the people of the North should contact the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels, People's Committees of provinces/cities, Vietnam Red Cross Associations at all levels, and charity funds (licensed by state agencies and recognized by their charters).
