This is the first year that Bac Ninh province has had the highest number of First prizes ever with 11 First prizes (10 prizes in Natural Sciences; 1 First prize in Social Sciences).

With the results of 11 First prizes of the National Excellent Student Competition for the 2023-2024 school year, Bac Ninh province ranked 2nd among the leading provinces and cities in the country in terms of First prizes.
According to statistics, Bac Ninh province ranks 2nd among provinces and cities (after Hanoi with 14 First prizes) and ranks 3rd nationwide in First prizes when including Hanoi National University (13 First prizes).
For the second consecutive year, Bac Ninh province has had a prize-winning rate of over 90%. Physics has the highest number of first-prize winners nationwide (5 prizes).
