Vietnam never ceases to amaze visitors with its rich natural resources and an abundance of fresh seafood.

You can sit at a trendy Tapas bar, sip a glass of sangria and enjoy a polbo á feira made with the freshest octopus from Ha Long Bay. Alternatively, you can enjoy delicious snails from the Mekong Delta at a small, unmarked eatery in an alley. The experience of the 'divine' dipping sauce makes the dish a truly enjoyable culinary experience.
