According to a quick report from Uong Bi city, during the 5 days of the Lunar New Year (January 28 - February 1), Yen Tu Special National Monument welcomed 63,239 visitors, with revenue from Yen Tu entrance fees reaching over 2.4 billion VND.
Along with Yen Tu, Uong Bi city has done a good job of promoting and advertising other tourist destinations such as Ba Vang, Lung Xanh, Yen Trung Lake, Yen Trung Lake Flower Park, Yen Tu Flower Valley, etc. The city also focuses on directing the assurance of a tourism business environment, including inspecting and instructing tourist accommodation establishments and restaurants on conditions for serving tourists; proactively preparing conditions to welcome visitors to ensure civility, politeness, thoughtfulness and safety.
From January 25 to February 2, 2025 (ie December 26, year of the Dragon to the 5th day of the Lunar New Year, year of the Snake), the whole city welcomed 238,042 visitors, with tourism revenue reaching nearly 130 billion VND.
During the entire 2025 Lunar New Year holiday, there were no incidents related to cultural services and festivals in the city that required handling of violations.
