46 stores included in Hoan Kiem district culinary heritage list

Kinhtedothi - 46 culinary addresses that meet the standards to serve tourists in Hoan Kiem district have been listed and announced by the People's Committee of Hoan Kiem district to promote culinary heritage and tourism activities.

The project "Developing and promoting culinary cultural heritage of Hoan Kiem district to serve tourism development, until 2025, orientation to 2030" is organized by the People's Committee of Hoan Kiem district in coordination with the Center for Research and Promotion of Cultural Heritage Values. The project aims to preserve and promote domestic and international tourists to learn more about traditional dishes and wonderful cooking techniques, unique to Hanoi people.

Marking the first achievement of the Project, the Organizing Committee announced the brand identity, accordingly, the identity design was inspired by the official logo of Hoan Kiem district, conveying the message of convergence and dissemination, developing on the foundation of heritage values, harmoniously combining traditional and modern elements.

Hoan Kiem, the cultural center of the capital Hanoi, is a meeting point of the quintessence of flavors from many regions, creating culinary heritages with distinct, diverse and sophisticated values.
