Create conditions for writers to access materials and real-life experiences
Writer Nguyen Quang Thieu - Chairman of the Vietnam Writers Association, co-chairman of the competition's steering committee - suggested: "The Ministry of Public Security needs to open wider doors for writers and authors to access information, documents, people and events in the force. Because not only do people want to write, but readers also want to know."
"We are ready to facilitate, provide materials, and accompany writers in the creative process.
Among them are new issues arising in the current situation, hot issues related to the task of protecting national security, especially issues related to non-traditional security.
