For the second quarter of 2024, 24 prizes with a total value of 130 million VND will be awarded. Specifically, 1 first prize worth 30 million VND; 3 second prizes, 15 million VND/prize; 5 third prizes, 5 million VND/prize; 15 consolation prizes, 2 million VND/prize.
The funding source for payment to individuals and business households winning the "Lucky Invoice" program in the first and second quarters of 2024 comes from the regular operating expenses of the Provincial Tax Department and the funding source provided by the Provincial People's Committee. The prize payment is made in cash.
The Finance Department of the Provincial Tax Department is responsible for deducting at source to fulfill personal income tax obligations for individuals who win prizes worth more than VND 10 million according to regulations. The maximum prize payment period is within 30 days from the date of announcement of the results of the "Lucky Invoice" program in the first and second quarters of 2024 (August 2).
