This morning, March 9, Trung Vuong School (Dong Ha City) opened the first Sports Festival in 2024. Nearly 1,700 students, staff, and teachers of the school attended the ceremony.

In his opening speech, Principal of Trung Vuong School Nguyen Tien Dung affirmed that with the goal of educating students to develop comprehensively, over the past 14 years, Trung Vuong School has always strived to be creative, innovative, and united to build a philosophy of education, training students to develop in parallel in culture, sports, skills, and career experience. In particular, the school pays special attention to organizing teaching and learning in conjunction with physical education and sports training in a scientific and methodical manner by creating many playgrounds and sports competitions.
Therefore, through this Sports Festival, we aim to create a profound change in the awareness and actions of all school staff, teachers, students and parents about the position, role and importance of sports in improving health and physical strength for studying, training, building and defending the Fatherland.

At the same time, this is an opportunity to evaluate the management, teaching, training capacity and professional qualifications of the school's staff and teachers; an opportunity for students to demonstrate their sports talents, thereby helping the school discover sports talents to continue training, nurturing, and creating resources for the overall development of the province's sports.

The first Trung Vuong School Sports Festival was held from March 1 to March 9 with the following competitions: Soccer, badminton, table tennis, chess, racing for grade 1, tug of war for grade 1-2; badminton and table tennis had doubles competitions between students and parents. More than 600 athletes from all levels of the school participated in the competition.
At the Opening Ceremony of the First Trung Vuong School Sports Festival, the school's staff, teachers and students brought an art program with drum dances, martial arts, yoga, aerobics, dance, and modern dance performances that were strong and beautiful.
Next, the athletes enthusiastically competed in many sports. With careful preparation and a spirit of competition, at the congress, the students of Trung Vuong School brought the audience many beautiful plays and eye-catching passes.
