Man City is the "strongest team on the planet" at the moment, but there is an unbelievable reason that will help Inter Milan defeat coach Pep Guardiola's team in the Champions League final.

"To win the Champions League you have to beat Real Madrid," said manager Pep Guardiola, and now his Man City side have done just that after a year of suffering the pain of losing in the semi-finals to the La Liga giants last season.
Man City is still one step away from glory - the first time they touch this prestigious European Cup is the match against Inter Milan, in Istanbul (Türkiye) at 2am on June 11.
“We can do it,” said coach Pep Guardiola when asked about the historic treble.
However, some fans have pointed out an unbelievable factor that could prevent Man City from doing so, suggesting that Inter Milan will win. That is because the Serie A representative has… a Croatian player, something that every champion since 2013 has had.
Specifically, since the 2013 final at Wembley, England when Mario Mandzukic helped Bayern Munich lift the Champions League title with a goal against Dortmund, there has always been a Croatian player in every trophy-winning team.
That is Luka Modric, who won the European Cup with Real Madrid 5 times in 2014, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2022.
And Mateo Kovacic, after winning the Champions League with the Vultures, also brought "luck" to Chelsea in 2021 after moving to Stamford Bridge to play football.
When Barca won the Champions League in 2015, the "Croatian" in their squad was Ivan Rakitic.
Now, Inter Milan have midfielder Marcelo Brozovic, can he continue that surprising "luck" for his team? Fans of the black-blue team are looking forward to that.
