Implementing Resolution No. 66-NQ/TU dated December 12, 2021 of the Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee on strengthening the Party's leadership over mass mobilization work; Directive No. 33/CT-TTg dated November 26, 2021 of the Prime Minister on strengthening and innovating mass mobilization work in state agencies and authorities at all levels in the new situation and effectively implementing Project No. 13-DA/TU of the Provincial Party Committee, Yen Binh district has promoted the implementation of the "Skillful mass mobilization" movement associated with patriotic emulation movements, building new rural areas, civilized urban areas and the program "Weekend with people and businesses", creating high consensus in society, promoting democracy, consolidating people's trust in Party committees, authorities and the district's political system.

Up to now, the whole district has built 394 "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models. Of which, the district level has 105 models including: 64 economic models, 13 cultural - social models, 4 national defense - security models and 24 new rural construction models.

At the communal level, 282 models have been built, including 59 economic models, 98 socio-cultural models, 34 national defense and security models, 26 models of building the political system, 65 models of building new rural areas, and 7 models of skillful mass mobilization in areas with religious people.

At the same time, the district organized 1,282 Weekends with people and businesses with 119,645 participants.
