The week officially opened on the morning of December 6 and will continue until December 8, 2024, at GO! Thang Long Trade Center, to introduce, promote and stimulate consumption of Yen Bai's agricultural, forestry and fishery products to the majority of people in Hanoi during the peak shopping season at the end of the year.
Mr. Trinh Van Thanh - Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade of Yen Bai province - said that this year's Week attracted the participation of units, enterprises, and cooperatives in the province, with about 100 items; including specialty products of Yen Bai province, such as: candied apricots, candied apples, candied apples vinegar, Tu Le fried dough sticks, Mu Cang Chai honey, Seng Cu rice; vermicelli, dried bamboo shoots, wood ear mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, dried pork, dried buffalo, Tu Le sticky rice; green taro of Tram Tau district, purple rice, Lau Cay sticky rice; Suoi Giang ancient Shan Tuyet tea, Van Yen cinnamon, dried bamboo shoots, wood ear noodles, shiitake mushrooms,...

Thang Long supermarket has dedicated an area to display products of Yen Bai province that have been and are being consumed strongly at GO! supermarket system such as: Gioi Phien vermicelli, dried bamboo shoots, Bat Do bamboo shoots, dried buffalo meat, dried pork, etc. thereby, creating conditions for consumers in Hanoi capital to easily shop for famous specialties of Yen Bai province.

On this occasion, the signing ceremony of cooperation agreement between units of Yen Bai province and representatives of Central Retail Group also took place.
