[VOV2] - The graduation ceremony of students from FPT Polytechnic College in Ho Chi Minh City took place with emotional moments of gratitude to their mothers.

On the occasion of Mother's Day, May 12, the graduation ceremony of FPT Polytechnic College students in Ho Chi Minh City organized a gratitude ceremony for their mothers. This activity aims to express the gratitude of students for the great merit of their parents before graduation. At the program, more than 2,000 students performed the ritual of placing their hands on their chests and bowing their heads to thank their mothers for their sacrifices.

Through the program, the school hopes to convey the message: "On your journey, there is always your mother's watch. The achievements of today's young people always have their families by their side throughout the journey", thereby educating young people about the birth and upbringing of their mothers, becoming people with a grateful heart, knowing how to remember their roots.

Through the ceremony, the school hopes to educate students about "filial piety" in the family and gratitude to their mothers.

In particular, the song “Mother’s Dream” performed by female student Thu Thao at the mother-honoring ceremony made the atmosphere more emotional and profound. Many parents and students could not hide their emotions when listening to the melody of the song and feeling the love of their families. The graduation ceremony of FPT Polytechnic College in Ho Chi Minh City was attended by more than 7,000 students, lecturers and parents in Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring localities. The official graduation program took place in the evening, at Phu Nhuan Stadium with three main parts: the diploma ceremony, the mother-honoring ceremony and musical performances.

Thanksgiving Day is an opportunity for young people to express their gratitude to their grandmothers and mothers in the family.

This graduation ceremony was inspired by the theme The New Horizon, with the meaning of praising the efforts of students after more than two years of studying at the school. After graduation, students will be like bees flying to new lands, new territories to explore the world, beyond their own limits. Interspersed between the ceremonies are performances from students and lecturers of the school. The performances were all elaborately and meticulously staged, receiving much applause.

One of the highlights of the program was the presence of guest singer Phuong My Chi. The female singer brought a vibrant atmosphere to the ceremony with three songs: “The Universe Has You”, “The Shadow of Vanity”, “The Distant Stars”.
