Punish many cases of commercial violations

In order to stabilize the circulation of goods on the market, limit smuggling, trade in counterfeit goods, poor quality goods, and goods violating food safety regulations, Market Management Team No. 3 (Doan Hung, Ha Hoa, Thanh Ba) has increased inspection and control of goods traded in the area, thereby promptly detecting signs of violations in commercial activities of traders.

Market Management Team No. 3 coordinated with the police force to inspect business establishments as planned.

Since the beginning of the year, Market Management Team No. 3 has conducted 35 planned and unscheduled inspections; including 25 administrative violations, paying nearly 70 million VND to the State budget; confiscating nearly 37 million VND of goods and forcing the destruction of more than 4 million VND of goods. The main violations are goods of unknown origin, counterfeiting of trademarks, hoarding of goods... In the field of food safety and hygiene, through inspection activities combined with propaganda work, it has contributed to raising awareness and responsibility of food production and trading establishments.
