On February 17, news from Thanh Hoa Provincial Police said that the Traffic Police Department of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police had investigated, clarified and made a record of administrative violations in the field of road safety and order with a group of "bareheaded" young men riding motorbikes in a row, weaving and weaving on National Highway 1A on February 14.

Specifically, the commune police worked and handled 5 cases including: PTH (born in 2004), TTP (born in 2004 and PVV (born in 1999); CTV (born in 2006); NVQ (born in 2007, all residing in Hau Loc district, Thanh Hoa province), with violations such as: carrying a passenger on a motorbike without a helmet, without a rearview mirror, driving without a vehicle registration certificate, driving without a license plate, without a driver's license...

Previously, Thanh Hoa Provincial Police received information on social networks with attached videos and images stating that at around 9:25 a.m. on February 14, on National Highway 1, in Trieu Loc commune, Hau Loc district, Thanh Hoa province, a group of teenagers were riding motorbikes in a row, without helmets... causing outrage among passersby.
These are very dangerous violations, showing disregard for the law by a segment of young people, causing frustration among traffic participants, obstructing traffic and potentially causing accidents.
