Sunshine Deltal Luxury Cosmetic Dentistry, under Sunshine Thanh Hoa Company Limited (located at Lot C1, Bui Khac Nhat, Dong Huong New Urban Area, Dong Huong Ward, Thanh Hoa City), committed an administrative violation by providing medical examination and treatment services without a license to operate medical examination and treatment.

Previously, the inspection team of the Department of Health and the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa City conducted a surprise inspection and discovered that Sunshine Deltal Luxury Cosmetic Dentistry was providing dental examination and treatment services to people without a medical examination and treatment license.
