In addition, the establishment is subject to an additional penalty of suspension of operations for a period of 18 months (from September 5, 2023 to March 5, 2025).
At the same time, the Department issued a decision to impose an administrative fine of 45 million VND on Ms. Le Thi Phuong, owner of Savina Beauty Salon (Phuong Japan), located on the 3rd floor, PG2-01, Vincom Urban Area, Nguyen Du Street, Dien Bien Ward, Thanh Hoa City.
The reason given was that the facility had committed an administrative violation by providing medical examination and treatment services without a license. In addition, the facility was also subject to an additional penalty of suspension of operations for a period of 18 months (from September 7, 2023 to March 7, 2025).
