Another case is Dr. Nguyen Vu Phuong Ngoc - cosmetic plastic surgery specialist and owner of PERLA - BS NGOC business (336 Cao Thang, Ward 12, District 10) was fined 12 million VND for not ensuring one of the following conditions after being granted a license to operate medical examination and treatment; not fully posting prices for medical examination and treatment services; creating a medical examination and treatment book but not fully recording according to the provisions of law; recording the names of departments and rooms in the medical examination and treatment facility inconsistently with the medical examination and treatment license records issued by the competent authority; creating medical records but not clearly and fully recording the items in the medical records according to the form prescribed by law.
In addition to the fine, Dr. Nguyen Vu Phuong Ngoc also had his medical license revoked for 3 months and his medical practice certificate revoked for 2 months.
