Fines for 1 dental facility operating without a license in Bac Cuong ward

On the afternoon of June 26, the Department of Health Inspectorate issued Decision No. 35 on administrative sanctions against Ms. Bui Thi Thuy Trang, born in 2000, owner of the Viet My Dental business, located at BT07 Vo Nguyen Giap Street, Bac Cuong Ward, Lao Cai City.

The Health Department Inspectorate has drawn up a record of administrative violations against this facility of 45 million VND for the act of: Providing medical examination and treatment services without a license to operate medical examination and treatment (Viet My Dental business facility performs specialized dental - maxillofacial techniques: tooth extraction, rubber band replacement for customers without being granted a license to operate medical examination and treatment by a competent authority), according to the provisions of Point a, Clause 6, Article 39 of Decree 117/2020/ND-CP dated September 28, 2020 of the Government regulating administrative sanctions in the health sector.

In addition to administrative sanctions, Viet My Dental business is suspended from medical examination and treatment activities for 18 months from June 26, 2024.

After being fined in 2022, Ms. Bui Thi Thuy Trang's facility moved to address BT07 Vo Nguyen Giap Street, Bac Cuong Ward.
