In particular, in the past two days, the most frequent vehicles entering and leaving the market were trucks carrying snakehead fish from Hong Ngu district (Dong Thap), Long Xuyen (An Giang), Tra Cu (Tra Vinh)...

As soon as the fish truck arrived, the warehouse staff quickly got to work. Three people would climb into the truck, while the others would carry the plastic crates onto the carts. In this way, a “shift” of five people would carry and transport them inside.

The snakehead fish will then be weighed and classified by size by the trader for ease of trading and consumption throughout the markets in Ho Chi Minh City. If the customer requires preliminary processing, there will be 2-3 women inside in charge.
