Truck crashes into grocery store, 6 people in a family die

This morning, January 13, the leader of the People's Committee of Nam Can commune (Ky Son district, Nghe An ) said that a serious accident had just occurred in the area, killing 6 people in a family.

Initial information, the incident occurred at 4:00 p.m. on January 12 on provincial road 543D, through Tham Hin village, Nam Can commune.

At this time, a truck (about 1.5 tons) carrying dong leaves suddenly lost control, went downhill, and crashed into the grocery store of Mr. Va Ba D.'s family.

The incident caused the death of Ms. Le Thi K. (D.'s biological mother), his sister-in-law and 4 children. Among the 4 children, there were 2 children of D.; 2 children were children of D.'s brother.

Upon receiving the news, Ky Son District Police and other authorities quickly arrived at the scene to investigate and clarify the incident.

The truck driver was detained for investigation.

"At around 1am this morning, January 13, the authorities completed the crime scene investigation and handed over the bodies of the unfortunate victims to their families for burial according to local customs," added the leader of Nam Can commune.
