Initial information, at around 4pm the same day, a truck with license plate 60C-366.03 driven by a driver around 50 years old was traveling on the Phan Thiet - Dau Giay highway from Binh Thuan to Dong Nai. When reaching Km72+200 in Xuan Loc district, Dong Nai, the truck suddenly caught fire fiercely.

The driver quickly pulled the car over and used a portable fire extinguisher to try to control the fire, but was unsuccessful. The fire then quickly spread and engulfed all the goods on the car.

Upon receiving the news, the Phan Thiet - Dau Giay Expressway Incident Handling Patrol Team quickly arrived at the scene and notified the Xuan Loc District Fire Prevention and Rescue Force to dispatch fire trucks to extinguish the fire and investigate the cause of the incident.

As a result, the truck burned to the frame, destroying all the goods on the vehicle and some of the driver's personal property. Fortunately, there were no casualties.
