The goal of the cooperation program between Ninh Binh province and the Vietnam Association for the Promotion of Cinema Development is to attract and promote filmmaking and gradually build the film industry in Ninh Binh associated with the development of tourism, cultural industry, and entertainment industry of Ninh Binh province.

The two sides will implement a number of specific cooperation goals including: Building and implementing the Index to attract film crews and develop the film industry in Ninh Binh; Attracting and organizing domestic and international film events to create a space for connection, sharing, information, promoting cooperation between Ninh Binh and film studios, directors, screenwriters, actors, and investors in developing the film industry; Building and perfecting Ninh Binh's local mechanisms and policies for developing the film industry ecosystem, especially attracting investment, promoting potential, building film studios, supporting the promotion and development of cinema, contributing to promoting innovation in the country's film industry development policy.

In the coming period, Ninh Binh province will continue to promote the work of preserving and promoting the value of heritage and cultural architectural space along with the fine traditions of the people, the ancient capital of Hoa Lu as the foundation for the development of the cultural industry, the film industry, and the construction of film studios. With the potential and strengths in culture, history, economy and tourism of Ninh Binh province, with the experience, prestige and continuous efforts to build Vietnamese cinema in recent years of the Vietnam Cinema Promotion Association, I hope that this cooperation program will become a model for building and developing local cinema in general, successfully building the film industry in Ninh Binh in particular".

Filmmaker Alexandre Jardin recently conducted a survey in Ninh Binh. The film will contribute to introducing the beauty of Vietnam to the world.
