Participating in the dialogue, the town's women's union officials and members reflected many practical issues such as: to effectively manage loan capital, ensure effective use of loan capital, it is necessary to arrange for the head or deputy head of the women's union to be the head of the loan group entrusted to the policy bank managed by the women's union; have preferential capital sources, low interest rates for women in difficult areas, resettlement areas where land has been recovered to develop suitable economic models in the area; prioritize funding for grassroots organizations with many activities to properly evaluate the movement of each unit.
Officials and members also reported that social network fraud targeting women is increasing, and relevant authorities need to consult on solutions to minimize this situation.

Focus on training and career conversion for women union members in resettlement areas; solutions to control and ensure food safety and hygiene were also of interest to many delegates and were recommended...

On this occasion, Vung Ang 2 Thermal Power Company Limited (VAPCO) presented 100 rice cookers worth a total of VND85 million to 100 disadvantaged members in the town.
