Major General Le Ngoc Chau, Commander of the Mobile Police Command, and other commanders came up with a plan to hunt down the group of people who attacked the commune headquarters.
Immediately after the incident, the Ministry of Public Security increased its professional forces, deployed measures to surround and block off related areas and protect government headquarters, ensuring absolute security and safety for the people. Hundreds of mobile police (CSCĐ) and special police (CSĐN) of K02 were mobilized, led by Major General Le Ngoc Chau, Commander of K02.

"The soldiers were not afraid of danger, working day and night and caught the subjects very quickly," said Mr. May.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Le (70 years old, resident of Hamlet 12, Ea Ktur Commune), said that seeing the soldiers working hard day and night, she and the villagers set up a kitchen to cook rice to support the soldiers right in their house. The cost of cooking rice was donated by the villagers themselves. The local pagoda also asked for support.
"In addition to the main meal in my kitchen, some households also cooked breakfast and made bread to send to the officers and soldiers so that they would have the strength to hunt down the perpetrators of the tragic incident," said Ms. Le.

Mr. Nguyen Kim May said that not only the people of Ea Ktur commune, but also many households in Ea Tieu and Ea Ning communes actively supported the forces. In addition to leading the way to capture the group of criminals, the people also bought fruits, drinks, and cooked noodles for the forces to have the strength to complete the task well.

Seeing the sentiments of the people, Lieutenant Colonel Diem Cong Toan, Commander of the Tay Nguyen Mobile Police Regiment, was very grateful. Lieutenant Colonel Toan said that before leaving, he and his teammates were very worried because these subjects were dangerous, reckless, unpredictable and could pose a danger to the people. "However, with the support of the people, the force has more determination to hunt down criminals, bringing peace to the people and villages," said Lieutenant Colonel Toan.
