Speaking at the handover ceremony, Colonel Vo Hung Lam said: Supporting the construction of the “Comrades’ House” is a meaningful and deeply humane activity, demonstrating the affection and care of leaders at all levels and the tradition of “mutual love and support” of the nation. Thereby, it contributes to encouraging, motivating and helping military families to reduce difficulties and have more conditions to improve their lives.
According to Ms. Tran Thi Ha, wife of Major Nguyen Nhu Quy, she herself has no job, has two young children, and the family's economy depends largely on her husband's salary. Previously, her family lived with her grandparents in a cramped level 4 house, so daily life was very difficult.
“My family is very happy and excited to receive the attention, help and support from leaders at all levels in building the “Comrades’ House”. This is a great source of spiritual motivation for my husband to work with peace of mind, to stick with the unit and complete the assigned tasks well,” said Ms. Ha.
