Vu Cat Tuong: "I'm at the age where I can think about a long-term relationship with someone"

On the evening of September 19, Vu Cat Tuong suddenly released a new song called "Just need each other" without any prior announcement.

"This is a song I want to dedicate to this year's wedding season. A melody for couples on their wedding day and for those who have and will experience that special day, something I have cherished for a long time," Vu Cat Tuong shared.

The song is about gentle emotions in love, from the first day of accidentally meeting each other, the first time saying love or even when difficulties come, told by Vu Cat Tuong with gentle lyrics but touching the emotions of the listener.

"In an era of fast-paced life and many unpredictable things, when asked when we will get married, we will surely hesitate about many things, such as whether we are financially stable, have a house and a car before we dare to get married. But the message of this song is that as long as we have each other, we can hold hands and return home together," Vu Cat Tuong shared.

This is also the first time Vu Cat Tuong has released a song about the theme of weddings. The singer said that this is a composition that is very different from the songs she has written.

"In addition, 'marry' is a verb that means a commitment to build together. Perhaps I'm at the age where I think about a long-term relationship with someone," Vu Cat Tuong shared.

At the end of February, Vu Cat Tuong attracted attention when she posted a photo of her hands clasped together with the caption "This day has come...", sparking speculation that the singer was about to get married. However, shortly after, the singer of "Nguoi Binh Thuong" revealed that this was just a new music product.

Vu Cat Tuong first publicly announced her same-sex lover in March 2023. The singer calls her girlfriend "Bi Do" but does not reveal the identity of her "other half".

In a previous conversation with Dan Tri reporter, Vu Cat Tuong confided that his girlfriend is a highly empathetic person, and the two can share many things in life with each other.

Vu Cat Tuong confirmed that when the wedding comes, the singer will officially announce it to the public and audience so they can join in the fun.

This year also marks the 10th anniversary since Vu Cat Tuong released her debut album, "Decoding".
