Dienbien.gov.vn - On the morning of February 19, Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee coordinated with the Regional Political Academy I to organize the Closing Ceremony of the non-concentrated Advanced Political Theory Class K70.B05 of Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee, course 2023-2025. Attending the Closing Ceremony were comrades: Mua A Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Lo Van Phuong - Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Pham Duc Toan - Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and 55 students of K70.B05 of Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee.

The advanced political theory class, non-concentrated system, course 2023 - 2025 has 55 students who are cadres holding leadership, management, and planning positions in leadership and management positions of agencies and units in Dien Bien province. After 02 years of deploying and implementing the study plan, up to now, the advanced political theory class, non-concentrated system K70.B05, course 2023-2025 has completed all content and program according to plan.

Trainees are equipped with basic and necessary knowledge of Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh thought; leadership and management skills, professional work of the Party, government, and organizations and some contents of administrative science; creatively apply Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh thought, the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State and leadership and management skills to practical work; thereby improving the capacity, qualities and ethics of leaders and managers at the grassroots level. As a result, 100% of the trainees participating in the course were recognized and awarded a graduation certificate of good or higher, of which 05/55 comrades were recognized as graduating with honors, 50/55 comrades were recognized as graduating with good grades.

Speaking at the Closing Ceremony, Comrade Mua A Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee praised the spirit of serious study and the achievements of 55 students of the Advanced Political Theory class, non-concentrated system K70.B05 of the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee, course 2023-2025. At the same time, he affirmed: The training of Advanced Political Theory has always received special attention and focus from the province, aiming to constantly improve political awareness and revolutionary qualities for the province's cadres, to better meet the requirements and tasks. To contribute to the successful implementation of the political tasks of the locality and unit, he requested that after completing this course, in their assigned positions and tasks, students continue to research, study, and improve their professional qualifications; be exemplary pioneers, take the lead in all tasks; dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility, live a healthy, simple, close, and intimate life with the masses.
