Vo Le Que Anh (born in 2001) was crowned Miss Grand Vietnam 2024. She is 1.72m tall with sexy measurements of 78-62-89cm. The beauty born in 2001 graduated from the Korean Language and Culture major at Hue University. She was a familiar face to the beauty community when she participated in the Miss Vietnam 2020 contest and entered the Top 40; Runner-up of Hue University 2020; 1st Runner-up of Da Nang Tourism 2022.

How did Vo Le Que Anh feel when the Top 2 waited for the results to be announced as Miss Grand Vietnam 2024 ? Some people say that Que Anh "knew the results in advance" so she was calm at the moment of coronation. What do you say about this?

– When I heard that I was the winner of the highest title, I couldn’t believe my ears and was stunned for a few seconds. I think everyone’s emotions are different. At that time, I cried, but Ms. Hanh Nguyen (1st Runner-up Miss Grand Vietnam 2024 – PV) saw me and reassured me. After that, I told myself to stay calm to maintain the most beautiful and neat image for the audience.

Before the final round of Miss Grand Vietnam 2024, what is Vo Le Que Anh's goal for ranking when the competition has many "formidable" opponents with more experience than her?   Who did you hope would be the one to hold your hand and make it to the final Top 2?

– When coming to the Miss Grand Vietnam 2024 contest, I and other contestants all aim for the highest prize, the prestigious crown.

Working with my sisters and brothers throughout the journey to participate in the Miss Grand Vietnam 2024 contest, I think every girl is very talented and outstanding in her own way. And among those most beautiful girls, I am lucky enough to hold the hand of each one, which is my honor.

Immediately after being crowned, Vo Le Que Anh received many mixed opinions from the online community. Which comments made you think and feel the most sad?

– Perhaps it is the wrong things about my family that make me feel the saddest and most troubled. To me, family is my support and also the precious thing that I want to protect.

Is there anything about Miss Vo Le Que Anh's family and childhood that many people don't know?

– Since childhood, my family and I lived in a dilapidated apartment building. Every time a storm or flood hit, my family faced many difficulties in living. My parents worked hard and saved so that our family could have a solid home like today.

Previously, Miss Vo Le Que Anh shared that she had to work extra to make ends meet when her parents only gave her 2-3 million VND for tuition. So what extra jobs have you done?

– I used to be a part-time sales person at a bakery and then I got into modeling for makeup artists. My first month’s salary was 1,200,000 VND. Although it was little, I really understood and appreciated my money as well as the hard-earned money of my parents. My parents gave their children the best and I also received boundless, unconditional love from my family.

During the Miss Grand Vietnam 2024 contest, Que Anh mainly used Korean, causing many people to think that her English ability was limited. So how do you perceive and evaluate Que Anh's English level and ability?

– I am very happy to receive everyone’s attention about my foreign language ability. The reason I often use Korean in videos or events is because I have studied this language before. I also think it is simply to show a little bit of my understanding of this language.

Besides, English is also an important communication tool that I often use in my life and study. My English is still improving, always trying to improve more and more, and I believe that learning a foreign language is a never-ending process. I will spend time practicing and improving my English, especially before participating in the Miss Grand International 2024 contest.

Some people say that Miss Grand Vietnam 2024 is “too big a dress”, the weight of the crown is too great for Que Anh. What is your opinion?

– I really appreciate everyone’s opinions and understand that everyone has a different perspective. I always listen to improve myself.

Regarding the issue of “the dress being too big” or the weight of the crown of Miss Grand Vietnam 2024, I think this is a big responsibility that I must be ready to accept. I understand that Miss Grand Vietnam is a prestigious and influential playground. Being crowned Miss Grand Vietnam 2024 and becoming the representative of Vietnam to participate in Miss Grand International is my honor. I will also try my best to fulfill my mission well. I hope to receive everyone's support throughout the upcoming journey.

What did Miss Que Anh say about the comparison of her “then and now” photos? Some even said that her plastic surgery and orthodontics made her face look different than before?

– Before, I was a bit self-conscious about my smile. So I decided to get braces and exercise to maintain my figure. Everyone knows that getting braces will change the structure of your facial bones, making them slimmer. At that time, I was quite chubby, so when I smiled, my dimples weren’t obvious. Now, I’m much thinner, so when I smile, they’re more obvious. I’ve never had any cosmetic surgery on my face.

Given the achievements and love of the beauty community for Miss Grand Vietnam: Thuy Tien, Le Hoang Phuong, Doan Thien An, will Que Anh feel pressured when compared to them during her term and in the upcoming Miss Grand International contest?

– Actually, I feel pressured, but the successes of Thuy Tien, Le Hoang Phuong, and Doan Thien An are also the motivation for me to try harder in the upcoming journey at Miss Grand International 2024.

Which Miss image does Vo Le Que Anh admire and want to aim for in the future?

– I think that everyone has their own strengths and advantages. I hope to develop my strengths to shine with what I have.

Has Miss Que Anh's current boyfriend standards changed compared to the time before she was crowned Miss Grand Vietnam 2024? Are you afraid to make your relationship public when you are already "a flower with an owner"?

– I don’t have a specific boyfriend model (laughs). As for making it public when you have feelings for someone, I think it depends on how you define your feelings and whether the timing is right.

How is Miss Que Anh currently training for the Miss Grand International 2024 contest? What do you think is your “sharp weapon” in this contest?

– I am trying to devote all my time and energy to preparing for the Miss Grand International 2024 journey. In addition to physical training, I also focus on improving my knowledge, communication skills and foreign languages. I am also learning more about social issues to best represent Vietnam.

Regarding my “sharp weapon” at Miss Grand International 2024, I think it is the sash with the name Vietnam placed on my shoulder and the two words Vietnam resounding at the Miss Grand International 2024 competition nights.
