Nguyen Thi Bich Tuyen excelled in helping the Vietnamese women's volleyball team win the AVC Challenge Cup and advance to the world volleyball rankings.
According to the regularly updated rankings of the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB), the Vietnamese women's volleyball team rose two places after the victory over Kazakhstan in the final, from 38th to 36th in the world. Notably, coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet and his team officially surpassed the Korean team, pushing their opponents down to 38th in the world.
Before entering the AVC Challenge Cup 2024, the Vietnamese women's volleyball team was ranked 40th in the world. Winning all 6 matches at the AVC Challenge Cup 2024, including 2 victories against the higher-ranked team Kazakhstan, helped the Vietnamese women's volleyball team accumulate a total of 105.94 points, ranking 36th in the world. Meanwhile, the loss to the Vietnamese team caused Kazakhstan to drop 1 place, to 31st in the world with 112.89 points.

According to information from the Vietnam Volleyball Federation, in addition to bonus points for each victory and ticket to the FIVB Challenge Cup, the Vietnamese women's volleyball team did not receive any bonus from the organizing committee for winning the AVC Challenge Cup. The Vietnam Volleyball Federation decided to give a bonus of 200 million VND to the Vietnamese women's volleyball team.
