VinBrain Joint Stock Company, a medical technology AI startup invested by Vingroup, continues to strengthen its position in the domestic market with the latest cooperation agreements with Medlatec and Vikomed.
The above cooperation has continued the success of cooperation with many leading hospitals such as 108 Military Central Hospital, Hue Central Hospital, Central Lung Hospital, Hai Phong Lung Hospital, University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City... VinBrain is constantly expanding its customer network, bringing DrAid AI solution closer to patients.
In the third quarter of 2024, VinBrain made important strides by signing an agreement to apply DrAid, a comprehensive AI platform for hospital management and medical examination and treatment, with Medlatec, the largest private healthcare system in Vietnam, and Vikomed, the first high-tech medical equipment manufacturer in Vietnam.
As a result, the comprehensive DrAid AI solution will be widely deployed in Medlatec's hospital and clinic system, and integrated into Vikomed's modern medical equipment across 63 provinces and cities. This cooperation not only improves patients' access to AI technology but also contributes to the development of Vietnam's healthcare industry.
Cooperating with leading partners such as Medlatec and Vikomed will help VinBrain easily bring its products to more patients. Mr. Jeon Jin-Ho, General Director of Vikomed said: “Vikomed is a traditional X-ray manufacturer, our core identity is still a hardware manufacturer. In fact, after deploying DrAid at one of the leading public hospitals and private healthcare systems in Vietnam, VinBrain has brought about many significant improvements.
Specifically: The time to complete standardizing hospital input data was shortened from 9.48 years to 9 months and 20 days. The time to create a medical report was only 40 - 60 seconds instead of 4 - 5 minutes.
Retrieving medical records takes only 10 seconds, compared to 15 minutes previously. The time to look up and ask questions about PET/CT scan results is now only 10 seconds instead of 5 - 10 minutes, thereby providing a better experience for patients.
“When using the voice-to-text feature to create reports, it helps to save optimal resources. At the same time, the radiologist can record the results directly through the software report.
