The 5GP system includes all 3 network sublayers: radio access network (Macro, Micro, AIO base stations), 100G transmission network, 5GC core network, allowing the provision of private network services with 2 main services: high-speed data (eMBB) and high-quality voice service (VoNR), serving as a connection platform for applications for smart factories, smart cities, healthcare, education , security...

It is forecasted that by 2026, India ( the world's second largest telecommunications market) could reach 350 million 5G subscribers while no domestic unit is capable of providing telecommunications equipment that fully meets the complete network layers. This is also a difficult problem for most other major suppliers in the world because they often focus on some layers such as base stations or core networks, and it is also necessary to have a combination of many vendors to be able to complete a 5GP network.
“Quadgen’s goal is to find a strategic partner to manufacture and supply 5G equipment for the Indian market because the Government always prioritizes the use of domestic products. 5G private networks will be deployed on a large scale in many industries. We currently have many customers who are businesses and government agencies that need to deploy 5GP networks and we have searched for a long time to know about Viettel,” said Dr. CS Rao, Chairman and Co-founder of QuadGen.
Mr. Nguyen Vu Ha, General Director of Viettel High Tech said: “The Indian market has quite specific requirements for telecommunications equipment products. That is a challenge but also a great opportunity because our advantage is to meet the specific requirements of customers, based on our ability to master the system. From the 5GP network, we will also continue to advise on the deployment of public 5G networks for telecommunications businesses in India.”
On this occasion, Ai20X (USA), QuadGen (India) and Viettel High Tech (Vietnam) also signed a strategic cooperation agreement to promote innovation and growth in the 5G sector in India. This can be considered an important turning point to promote growth for the parties, thereby researching, developing and providing comprehensive solutions that surpass the industry standards to global partners./.
