Viet Anh, Minh Trang, Quoc Thao reunite after many years with "The Missing Game"

The play "The Missing Game" co-directed by two artists: Quoc Thao and Nguyen Thi Minh Ngoc had a review at Quoc Thao Stage (Phu Nhuan Cultural Center). This is also the script of writer Nguyen Thi Minh Ngoc, inspired by the literary work of writer Nguyen Ngoc Tu.

The original name of the play was "Dry Heart" and when Nguyen Thi Minh Ngoc discussed with artist Quoc Thao, both of them worked together as directors with the new name "Hired Killer", but then the title was changed again with the new name "Missing Game".

The interesting surprise is that the play has a reunion after 20 years of People's Artist Viet Anh, Meritorious Artist Minh Trang and artist Quoc Thao. They are considered the golden generation of artists of Ho Chi Minh City's drama stage, having grown up in the first cradle of socialized theater in the country, which is the Ho Chi Minh City Small Stage Drama Theater (also known as "5B" stage).

The most obvious highlight when the audience remembers them is the play "Thunderstorm" directed by Meritorious Artist Hoa Ha. At that time, the role of Chu Phac Vien was played by People's Artist Viet Anh, the role of Phon Y was played by Meritorious Artist Minh Trang, and artist Quoc Thao played the role of Chu Binh.

And this time, they have 3 roles, all with different emotional ranges. A man loyal to his boss, willing to sacrifice his whole life to keep his loyalty; a woman who is easily corrupted, loves passionately and also regrets the things that hurt her sister; and a man who almost commits a crime but is extremely innocent and loyal.

Revolving around the story "The Missing Game" are also characters with full roles played by People's Artist Huu Quoc, Meritorious Artist Tuyet Thu, actors Lam Thanh Tiep, and Truong Phuc.

The first performance premiered to the public on the evening of April 19th, promising to be explosive because the audience still has affection for the golden generation of artists, including the expectation of seeing Meritorious Artist Minh Trang again after many years of not appearing on the stage.
