On the evening of June 3, a large audience came to watch and gave artist Viet Huong compliments when, for the first time, she stood in four positions in a play at Truong Hung Minh Art Theater, namely: author, director, actress and producer in the play "Me Coc - Adventures".
"I decided not to organize a live show like I used to, but chose to stage this play to mark 30 years of my tireless artistic career. First of all, because of my love for children's fairy tale plays, Truong Hung Minh Art Theater - my teacher successfully organized the program "Fairy Tales" and in this second season, I decided to invest "hugely", devoting all my efforts to create a truly elaborate work of art, ensuring quality to show gratitude to the audience who have loved me for the past 30 years" - artist Viet Huong confided.
Artists Viet Huong and Cat Phuong juggle, bringing charming laughter
After the performance, artist Viet Huong thanked the audience and did not forget to introduce the creative team, including many famous guest artists participating with her such as: Cat Phuong, Hua Minh Dat, Mac Van Khoa, Quynh Lam, Nam Cha, Trung Tin, Bao Bao... and the actors who are students of Meritorious Artist Minh Nhi who supported wholeheartedly to bring many emotions to the audience who love the stage.
In it, she did not forget to introduce Assistant Director Thach Thao - who accompanied her during the production of this play.
"Insect God" Viet Huong rides a buffalo on stage
With an investment of 1 billion VND, Viet Huong surprised the audience with her clever handling of situations. She installed seats with a vibrating system, so that when the god of disaster wanted to use his power to destroy the villagers of Prince Me Coc, the audience was startled when the seats vibrated. Even in the scene where the god of disaster brought cold air to destroy the people's crops, the snow machine made the children rush onto the stage to juggle with the characters.

Creating a fairy-tale space, attracting the audience to interact and live with the fairy tale is a beautiful mark that artist Viet Huong has brought to her artistic journey.
The play tells the story of Prince Me Coc, who was too mischievous and did not respect his father's teachings. Although he lived in a small but fertile and prosperous kingdom with a developed rice industry, he almost lost everything.

The adventure of Me Coc goes through many hardships to find the strength to unite and fight against the evils caused by his own indifference and love of play. The play carries many educational messages, promoting the spirit of protecting the environment, valuing the labor and preserving the precious rice produced by the diligent farmers.
Children's audiences were delighted to be on stage interacting with the actors in the play "The Adventures of Me Coc" by artist Viet Huong.
Meritorious Artist Minh Nhi as the god of natural disasters and artist Viet Huong as the god of insects are a couple that brings charming and lovely laughter to the audience.
The play "The Adventures of Mexico" will be performed continuously from June 1 to June 9, with two shows per day to serve children this summer. The music was composed by musician Nguyen Hoai Phuong - the husband of artist Viet Huong; costume designer Dinh Hoang Vu; and character makeup specialist Nam Hoang Trinh.
There are 50 actors and 92 support staff involved in this grand play. More than 100 new costumes were made for the play.

Thank you for the love that the audience has given Viet Huong over the past 30 years" - artist Viet Huong confided when the curtain closed to the applause of the majority of the audience.
