Viva Beauty Dental Company Limited - Dental and Maxillofacial Clinic (46 Dien Bien Phu, Da Kao Ward, District 1) was fined 12 million VND for the following acts: Operating with a signboard that does not contain sufficient basic information as prescribed by law; Recording the names of departments and rooms in the medical examination and treatment facility that are not consistent with the medical examination and treatment license records issued by the competent authority; Making medical examination and treatment records but not recording them fully as prescribed by law.
Korean Star Cosmetic Surgery Hospital Co., Ltd. - Sao Han (156A Ly Thai To, Ward 1, District 3) was fined 90 million VND for violations at Sao Han 1 Cosmetic Clinic - Branch of Korean Star Cosmetic Surgery Hospital Co., Ltd. - Sao Han (781/C5-C7 Le Hong Phong, Ward 12, District 10).
This facility was fined for providing medical examination and treatment services without a license to operate. The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health also suspended the facility’s operations for 18 months.
