In particular, specifically reporting cases where bridges have been completed but access roads have not been completed, so they cannot be put into use, affecting investment efficiency.
At the same time, advise and propose solutions to focus on coordination, promptly resolve problems arising during the implementation process, and speed up the project completion progress. The implementation must develop a specific plan and roadmap, and send it to the Department of Transport before May 22, 2024.
