After selection, candidates will be supported by the Osaka Medical Care Association with the following expenses: 8 to 11 months of Japanese language training in Vietnam to pass the N4 level exam; health check-up upon enrollment and before departure; N4 Japanese language certificate exam fee (1 time); visa application fee; and airfare upon departure.
In Japan, candidates receive a training allowance of 60,000 yen/person (about 10 million VND) for 1 month after entering the country. After that, the trainees will work in hospitals that are partners of the Osaka Medical Care Association and receive a salary according to the provisions of the Japanese Minimum Wage Law, not lower than that of Japanese people working in the same position, from 175,000 yen/month or more (about 30 million VND).
This is the average salary for 22 working days/month, excluding allowances, overtime pay and before deducting taxes and insurance.
In addition, trainees are also supported with free Japanese language classes to ensure that after 1 year they can pass the N3 Japanese proficiency exam and receive vocational skills training to take the transition exam.
After completing the 3-year program and returning home on time, the trainees will receive a financial support from the Osaka Medical Care Association to stabilize their lives, which is 200,000 yen/person (more than 32 million VND).
