Tuyen Quang has 1 farmer member who won the title of Outstanding Vietnamese Farmer in 2024.

With more than 20 years of experience in the field of tea production, processing and consumption, Mr. Nguyen Cong Su, Director of Su Anh Agricultural Production Service Cooperative, My Bang Commune (Yen Son) has succeeded in increasing the value of local tea products, while creating jobs and stabilizing the lives of many members and tea growers in the area.

Su Anh Cooperative currently has 7 products recognized as OCOP. Of which, there are 4 4-star OCOP products including: Ngoc Thuy green tea, Ngoc Thuy green tea, Ngoc Thuy green tea buds and Ngoc Thuy green tea; 3 3-star OCOP products including: Phu Lam green tea, Phu Lam green tea buds, Phu Lam green tea buds.

Thanks to his efforts and contributions, in 2021, Mr. Nguyen Cong Su received a Certificate of Merit from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for his achievements in implementing the National Target Program and actively participating in developing OCOP products; was honored by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Union with the title "Scientist of Farmers" in 2022. In 2021 and 2023, he was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

The title of Outstanding Vietnamese Farmer is awarded annually on the occasion of the anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Farmers' Association (October 14) to typical and advanced farmers in production and business activities, with creative inventions effectively applied in production; and active in the movement to build new rural areas.
