Attending the program were comrades: Nguyen Hung Vuong, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; Ma Thi Thuy, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; leaders of provincial departments, branches and sectors.

At the program, outstanding young families shared their process of building a home, overcoming difficulties to build a harmonious and happy life. Outstanding young people in various fields also shared good practices and creative models to improve the work of the Association and the youth movement in their localities and units.

The Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee commended and awarded Certificates of Merit to 12 outstanding young families and 28 advanced young people in various fields. These are young families with prestige in the community, with efforts to build a prosperous, harmonious, happy and progressive life; with the spirit of starting a business to enrich themselves and help others in the community; are outstanding young people with many positive contributions, initiatives and creativity in studying, working and producing; are excellent students who have achieved the title of "5 Good Students" at the provincial level; are young intellectuals with research works and technical solutions applied in practice, bringing high socio-economic efficiency; are young artists with many outstanding contributions or young soldiers who work day and night to protect and maintain political security, social order and safety, for the peaceful life of the people...

On this occasion, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee awarded 1 first prize to author Ta Van Nam, member of the Executive Committee of Tan Trao University Youth Union, the Provincial Youth Union of Agencies and Enterprises; awarded 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes; 4 consolation prizes and 1 secondary prize to the authors who won the Youth Aspiration Writing Contest with the theme "Aspiration to contribute - The reason for youth to live"; organized the Tuyen Quang Youth program for the Fatherland's borders, for the homeland's sea and islands with a donation of 52.2 million VND.
