Tuy An: Continue to build resettlement areas to serve the provincial coastal road project

Tuy An District People's Committee has just started construction of technical infrastructure works for Phu Hoi Resettlement Area (An Ninh Dong Commune, Tuy An District) to serve the Phu Yen Province Coastal Road Project, the section north of An Hai Bridge.

 

The project is implemented on a total area of ^{​​32,980m2} in Phu Hoi village, An Ninh Dong commune, to arrange nearly 70 plots of land for housing construction. In addition, the project also has 8 internal traffic routes in the residential area, electricity, water supply, drainage systems and some other auxiliary items. The total cost of the project is more than 62.5 billion VND, from the central budget and the provincial budget.

 

This is the second project to create land fund, ensure technical infrastructure for resettlement for households in An Ninh Dong commune affected by the State's land acquisition to implement the coastal road project of Phu Yen province, the section north of An Hai bridge. Previously, Tuy An district People's Committee also started construction of technical infrastructure project of Phu Luong resettlement area (Phu Luong village, An Ninh Dong commune).

 

According to plan, Phu Hoi resettlement area will be completed and put into operation by the end of June 2025.
